Garlic & Parmesan Protein Pasta with Grilled Shrimp
We love a good scampi, and this recipe is no exception! We’ve coated our protein pasta with a cheesy, garlicky sauce and paired it with delicious grilled shrimp.

- To prepare sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add shallots and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add grilled shrimp and Pescanova® Protein Sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add Chardonnay, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and herbs. Toss until all is hot.
- Add Parmesan cheese and butter. Continue to stir until cheese and butter are melted.
- Optional: Serve with Grilled or toasted baguette bread for dipping!
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil 1 TBSP
- Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
- Shallots, minced 1 tsp
- Shrimp, tail off, grilled 10 each
- 1 bag of Pescanova Protein Pasta
- Chardonnay ½ cup
- Lemon Juice 2 TBSP
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oregano, chopped 2 tsp
- Parsley, chopped 1 TBSP
- Parmesan Cheese, grated ½ cup
- Butter 2 TBSP
