  1. Mix dressing ingredients.
  2. Small dice cucumber, broccoli, pepper, salami, and mozzarella
  3. Heat pasta over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss diced ingredients with Protein Pasta and dressing.

  • Red bell pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Broccoli
  • Mozzarella
  • Salami

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
