  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a medium skillet, add your Pescanova Garlic Basil Protein Pasta over medium heat until heated through.
  3. Add in chopped nuts, snap peas, bean sprouts, and the silky-smooth peanut sauce.
  4. Mix together and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Pescanova Garlic Basil Protein Pasta
  • 1/2 cup salted creamy peanut butter* (or almond butter or sunflower butter)
  • 1-2 Tbsp gluten-free tamari (can sub gluten-free soy sauce)
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (or 1 red Thai chili, minced or 1/4 tsp red pepper flake)
  • 2-3 Tbsp lime juice
  • ~1/4 cup water (to thin)
  • Peanuts (chopped)
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Snap Peas
